‘Real reason’ why Prince Harry only spent 30 minutes with King Charles after cancer news
King Charles shared in early February that he had been diagnosed with a form of cancer.
Following the devasting news of King Charles’ cancer, Prince Harry decided to fly 5000 miles across the world to be with his ill father.
Despite the understandable reason for the Duke of Sussex’s flight, it has been claimed that his insistence on seeing the King threw the monarch’s recovery plan into disarray.
Medical experts had concerns about the King contracting a secondary infection amid his treatment, so news of the Prince travelling trom overseas reportedly made them uneasy.
As a result, the 39-year-old was only permitted to see his father for 30 minutes and in a specific location, it has been alleged.
According to The Sun, Harry met King Charles at Buckingham Palace rather than Sandringham, where the monarch was heading at the time of the Duke of Sussex’s visit.

An aide claimed to the publication that the 75-year-old held his helicopter flight to the Norfolk estate, as it was feared that if Harry met his father there then he wouldn’t leave promptly.
The aide claimed were concerns that they’d “never get rid of him” if the King and Harry didn’t meet at the Palace.
Since February, the Duke of Sussex has travelled back to the UK once, in May, but he did not see his father reportedly due to King Charles’s schedule.
Over the past few days, Prince Harry has been in Colombia with Meghan Markle on a quasi-royal tour.
