Prince Harry left in tears by King Charles again
King Charles deals major blow to Prince Harry after his controversial Colombia trip
Prince Harry is said to be in great pain after receiving major blow from his dad King Charles after his Colombia stunt.
The Duke of Sussex is desperately missing his royal relatives amid their summer break at the late Queen’s favourite place, according to an insider.
King Charles III’s younger son has expressed his feelings about the royal family’s summer retreat, where he was staying when her mother Princess Diana died.
Harry revisited childhood memories of summers at Balmoral Castle in his memoir, Spare, published in January 2023, with a reflection about what the Scotland sanctuary meant to him as a kid.
“To me, Balmoral was always simply Paradise. A cross between Disney World and some sacred Druid grove,” Prince Harry wrote in Spare. “I was always too busy fishing, shooting, running up and down ‘the hill’ to notice anything off about the feng shui of the old castle,” he continued, referring to legends about the residence.
“What I’m trying to say, I was happy there,” he wrote. “In fact, it’s possible that I was never happier than that one golden summer day at Balmoral: August 30, 1997.”
Recalling how his father gently relayed the news in his Balmoral bedroom, Prince Harry penned in his book that “everything seemed to come to a stop.”
The 75-year-old monarch has reportedly not sent an invite to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their kids to join him and other royals at the Balmoral Castle, seemingly sending a message to his estranged son after his unstoppable attempts to hurt the royals by supporting his wife Meghan’s narrative against the Firm.
A source, close to the couple, has claimed: “Harry seems to be heartbroken after his father’s latest snub.
“The Duke holds back his tears to show the world he’s happy with his family in Montecito, but the fact is something else.”
For years, the Sussexes haven’t been invited to the royal family’s summer gathering in the Scottish Highlands. While Harry grew up going to Balmoral, it’s believed that Meghan, 43, has never been to the Scottish castle.
Balmoral Castle and its 50,000-acre estate has been privately owned by the royal family since 1845 and is cherished up to the present day as a late-summer getaway for the family.
