Kate Middleton’s health update: How’s the Princess of Wales doing after his cancer diagnosis?
Kate Middleton announced that she is battling cancer
Kate Middleton has made headlines recently because the Royal Familyannounced that she has cancer, ending months of speculations after she disappeared from the public eye and the Mother’s Day picture fiasco that added even more mystery and intrigue to her situation.
However, things appear to be going smoothly with her cancer diagnosis, as sources cited by Andrew Court from The New York Post report that Middleton’s recovery ‘is going well.’ It seems that the Royal Family is trying to go back to a certain feeling of normality.
The Princess of Wales ended months of speculation after she announced in a video statement that she would be undergoing ‘preventive chemotherapy’ for an undisclosed form of cancer that was discovered after she underwent surgery back in December.
Prince Williams first words since Kate’s diagnosis
The Prince and Princess of Wales have been completely laying low since then. Prince William reappeared on Wednesday publicly through a message he has shared on his social networks.
After an Easter vacation where they have been enjoying their three children at Anmer Hall, William has used the official account of the Prince and Princess of Wales to share his first words since his wife’s illness came to light.
The reason for Willliam’s first words since the announcement of Kate’s illness were thanks to Rachel Daly’s retirement from international soccer. Daly was a defender in the England Lionesses team and winner of Euro 2022.
She also plays for Aston Villa in the Women’s Super League.
“Thank you for so many unforgettable games with the Lionesses, Rachel Daly – many more goals for Aston Villa now!” said the prince.
