Former Destiny‘s Child star Kelly Rowland was caught in a tense altercation with a security guard during the red carpet premiere of the French-Italian film Marcello Mio at the 77th Cannes Film Festival.
The music star initially appeared cheerful as she entered the event on Tuesday.
However, a video circulating on social media captured a moment where Rowland seemed frustrated during an apparent exchange with a security guard
As Rowland ascended the red carpet steps, she exchanged heated words with one of the security personnel.
The security guard grabbed her arm, seemingly attempting to escort her into the screening. Rowland, visibly upset, pointed her finger at the guard in front of the photographers.
The reason behind the disagreement remains unclear, but Rowland certainly attracted attention with her stunning red strapless gown, which featured a lengthy train that caught everyone’s eye.
